PRIVACY STATEMENT In this Privacy Policy: (i) the word “Licensor” and “LICENSOR” include LERNA PRIVATE LIMITED and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, successors and assigns; (ii) the words “WE”, “We”, “we”, “US”, “Us”, “us”, “OUR”, “Our” and “our” refer to Licensor; (iii) the words “YOU”, “You”, “you”, “YOUR”, “Your” and “your” include individuals who, in any manner, access or use the APPLICATION (“Application”) and any persons or entities represented by those individuals in a legal capacity.

We appreciate your use of the Application. Your privacy is important to us and we want you to feel comfortable when using the Application. We take care to protect your personal data collected, processed and used when you use the Application.

2. BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT If you do not agree to this Privacy Statement, you should stop using the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall application available in your mobile device to uninstall the Application.

Once the Application is uninstalled, the personal data provided and collected which is related to your account will be continued to be retained only until it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which the personal data provided and collected is no longer being served by its retention and the retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time. We therefore ask you to consult it on a regular basis. You are responsible for keeping yourself informed of the current Privacy Statement in effect, including any revisions or updates, and for abiding by the terms of this Privacy Statement.

3. HOW DO WE COLLECT AND STORE PERSONAL DATA? We collect and use personal data about you and your device, including device brand, model, ID, Application’s event through the Application to maintain and provide you with services, to respond to your questions and instructions, to maintain the integrity of our network and address security issues, to investigate or take action regarding violations or suspected violations of law or the Application Terms and Conditions, and to improve our services. 

In connection with a purchase and sale transaction, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us your personal data such as name, birthday month, birthday year, address, telephone numbers, email address. We may use such personal data to verify your identity, complete the transaction, administer your memberships, send you commercial messages, advise you of other offers and information, carry out general record keeping, maintain a list of current and former owners or members, create informational or analytical reports, supplement your disclosed personal data, carry out verifications, planning or other legitimate business needs, allow for revenue collection or debt recovery, respond to your inquiries or others who you have identified as an authorized agent or proxy, and such other purposes as permitted by applicable law.

Other circumstances in which we may need to collect and use your personal data include online payments, and other related business activities. If you elect to make an online payment, you will be asked to supply personal data that is necessary to process your payment. We typically use your email address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other personal data to contact you for help in processing. When you provide contact details for transaction requests, we will use the contact personal data to keep you updated about our future offers or promotions.

We collect and store your personal data in the Application and on the secured server through ‘API’, or application programming interface, protected by ‘SSL’ or secure sockets layer.

You may receive push notification messages from the Application (“Push Notification Service”). To ensure messages reach the correct devices, the Push Notification Service generates a unique token for your device and shares it with us for administrative purposes. If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving the push notifications, you can opt out of receiving push notifications by changing your relevant device settings.

We will maintain your personal data in whole, usable and up-to-date form.

4. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FROM THE APPLICATION? We may disclose your personal data to our affiliates and their agents and third party providers inside or outside your country of residence to perform services for us and for the purposes stated above. Our affiliates, agents and third party providers who have access to your personal data obtained through the Application are obliged to respect privacy.

We may also disclose your personal data to governmental agencies or entities, regulatory authorities, or other persons in line with any applicable law, regulations, court order or official request, or under any and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities, or similar processes as either required or permitted by applicable law.

5. HOW DO WE DEAL WITH PERSONAL DATA FROM INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18? The Application does not seek to collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Individuals under the age of 18 should receive permission from their parent or legal guardian before providing any personal data to us on the Application.
